RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days after receipt to return your order.

CONDITIONS

• The product must be in its original condition and packaging
• Personalized items (engraving) are not eligible for return

PROCEDURE

1. Contact us at contact@maisonkardinal.com with your order number
2. We will send you return instructions within 24 hours
3. Ship the product (return shipping costs are at your expense unless we made an error)
4. Refund within 5 business days after receipt

SIZE EXCHANGE (RINGS)

Wrong size? No problem. Contact us and we will send you the correct size free of charge.

2-YEAR WARRANTY

Every Maison Kardinal product is guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defects. In case of a problem, we will replace your item free of charge.
